Mise en Plan is that same idea—but for your business.

What shapes my perspective
Before I built Mise en Plan, I spent over 12 years behind the scenes helping teams uncover the strategy beneath the swirl. From billion-dollar brands to early-stage startups, the common thread in my work has always been the same: translating complexity into clarity, and turning insight into action.
What that looks like:
At Gartner (then CEB), I researched the secret sauce the world’s most effective marketing teams were doing—and helped global leaders apply them inside their own companies.
At Simon Data, I advised some of the fastest-growing SaaS and e-commerce brands on how to utilize data to create the most effective customer journeys.
At Zola, I supported a brand-new marketplace for wedding creative entrepreneurs—and built the marketing backbone to bring it to life.
Before that, I earned a master’s degree from the London School of Economics and worked with IBM on improving microfinance programs in Peru, and so much more.
My work has spanned industries—from healthcare and hospitality to SaaS, education, NGOs, public sector, service providers, and more. But the core challenge is always the same:
How do we take what’s true, shape it strategically, and bring it to market in a way that works—both for your business and the people it serves?

I’m Dani—strategic partner, quiet instigator, and the person you call when your next big idea is too important to wing. I work with experienced founders and business leaders who’ve done a lot right—but are ready to do what’s next better. Smarter. Cleaner. More aligned. More you.
I’m not here to overwhelm you with options or hand you a generic playbook. I’m here to help you make decisions that fit: your goals, your voice, your way of working. And yes—I’ll absolutely hype you up while we do it.
If we’re not working together, I’m probably in the kitchen feeding whoever will eat, wandering a new neighborhood in search of something exciting to eat, volunteering with Special Olympics and Lasagna Love, or walking Tater (the real CEO) by the sea. I believe in deep curiosity, a hot cuppa tea, and frameworks that bend.
